On the afternoon of August 7th 1999 I went to The Montpellier Gardens, Cheltenham to see THE JAZZ FRIENDS TRIO and therefore give them a second chance.

I am glad I did this as I thought they were a lot better this time, however they did still have a fixation with the weather as many of the tunes they played had a meteorological theme which included SUMMERTIME, a tune written by GEORGE & IRA GERSHWIN.
